Well, not for Esther Falana, who is is a member of popular Web TV show, BK CHAT LDN. The UK Based Nigerian Lady had implant surgery and she stepped forward and admitted to it.

Esther who is a single mother of one, cited her reason for undergoing surgery. According to her, it was because she wasn’t satisfied with her post birth body after giving birth to her child.
